Support SLVHS with Drive for Schools!

Calling all thrill-seekers and school spirit champions! The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk's Drive for Schools is back, and we're raising funds to make sure all students have access to enriching visual and performing arts and academic opportunities.

Regardless of if you pay by cash or credit card, please complete Step 2. This allows volunteers to manage the sales process, saving teachers' time. It also saves you the time of filling out tickets; we'll do it for you!

Here's how you can help (and win big!):

  • Select the group you would like to support: Music, Theater, Art, Cougar Club
  • Purchase tickets online in just two easy steps:
    1. Pay securely via the group's Venmo/PayPal account (details below).
    2. Complete a short form so we can enter you in the drawing.

Every ticket you buy:

  • Enters you in a drawing for a chance to win $25,000 or other fantastic prizes!
  • Supports our school's visual and performing arts and academic opportunities.

Donate $5 per ticket or $25 for sets of 6 tickets. (12 tickets for $50, 24 tickets for $100, 240 tickets for $1000, etc.)

SLV Music Boosters

IMPORTANT 2024 UPDATE: This year funds raised will be distributed differently than in the past. Funds will not be deposited into an individual student's account. Rather 10% of money raised will go to our scholarship fund. The remaining 90% will be split evenly to benefit all students in the group you select in Step 2: SLVMS Band, SLVHS Band, or SLVHS Choir. You will also have the opportunity to donate the full amount to the scholarship account. If you have a financial hardship that prevents you from fully participating in Music, talk to Ms. Liston about applying for a Music Boosters Scholarship.

Deliver cash or check to the office in an envelope marked "Theatre." Make checks payable to SLV Theatre Boosters.

Money from the Drive for Schools fundraiser will be used for the following:

  • Classroom resources
  • Soundtracks/backtracks
  • Show programs and posters
  • Logo T-Shirts

SLV Art Department

Deliver cash or check to your art teacher or the office in an envelope marked "Art." Make checks payable to SLV Art Department.

Money raised will fund art supplies and events.

SLVHS Cougar Club

Deliver cash or check to the office in an envelope marked "Cougar Club." Make checks payable to SLVHS Cougar Club.

Money raised will benefit many important programs for our students, including college preparation and career readiness programs; enrichment film and speaker programs on topics such as financial responsibility, mental health awareness, and healthy relationships; community building activities; student service awards; and classroom supplies and equipment.
